The project was launched to transform Hyderabad Airport into a smart airport as part of the Digital India program. 3,000 luggage trolleys are already integrated with IoT technology. This reduces the waiting time for luggage trolleys. This will enable passengers to save their travel time. GMR Airports Chief Innovation Officer S.G.K.Kishore said on the occasion. He revealed that the project will be further expanded in the future.
