Vodafone Idea-Vi has announced a series of offers aimed at giving Reliance Jio and Airtel networks stiff competition. Part of this is offering prepaid as well as postpaid plans with special benefits. Recently, RedX Family has launched a new postpaid plan priced at Rs 1,348 to impress customers. This latest postpaid plan can be shared between two members. Those who join this plan can enjoy the facility of free unlimited local, STD, national roaming calls as well as 100 free SMS per month. The Rs 1,348 RedX Family Plan also offers benefits on existing plans worth Rs 999, Rs 799 and Rs 649. The latest Vi postpaid plan is only available in selected circles in India. VI said the family postpaid plan will be extended to all cities in India in the coming months.
The RedX Family Vi postpaid plan primary member worth Rs 1,348 will get Netflix worth Rs 5,988, Amazon Prime worth Rs 999 and ZEE5 one year membership under the additional benefit. In addition, the primary member also has unlimited mobile internet data. The secondary user gets 30GB of high-speed data. If the secondary user wants additional data, they will have to spend Rs 20 per GB. A data rollover offer of up to 50GB is also available for the secondary user. The Rs 649 plan is already in place under the Vi RedX plan. It also allows for sharing between two members. For Rs 649, two members can enjoy unlimited local and STD calls along with 100 SMS per month. In terms of data, the primary member gets 50GB of data and the second member gets 30GB of data. The plan includes data rollover, year-round access to Vi Movies & TV, as well as other benefits. The primary member of the plan, Netflix, will receive free Amazon Prime membership for one year.
