How to download all the data in Google Photos on PC or Laptop?

google photos backup and sync pc

Google Photos is used by users to save their fondest photos and videos online. However, Google recently announced that it will only have a limited number of stores from June 1, 2021. Google Photos no longer offers unlimited storage for free on uploads of photos and videos. Your photos will only count up to 15GB in free storage with your Google account. These include GMail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and all other types of Google services.

Going for a payment cloud storage service like Google's Google One or Apple's iCloud is an option. If you do not want to spend for storage you can store them in your PC / Laptop drive. Google has a tool called Google Takeout. It allows users to download all data stored on Google Accounts, including Google Photos.

  2. Login using Google Account credentials.
