1. Mobile number on Aadhaar card via OTP‌

• First open the official Aadhaar portal https://ask.uidai.gov.in/.
• Login with your mobile number and captcha. After entering all the details, click on the SEND OTP option.
• Now fill in the OTP in the box on the right and click on Submit OTP option.
• Now on the next page you can see Aadhaar Services new registration and update Aadhaar options, click here Update Aadhaar.
• Then on the screen you will see the name, Aadhaar number, residential type and some options that you want to update.
• Now fill in the mandatory options here and select the mobile number in the ‘what do you want to update’ section.
• On the next page you will be asked for your mobile number and captcha. Fill in all the fields and click on Send OTP. Enter the mobile OTP and click on Process.
• Check all the details you have given once and click on the Submit button.

You will get a success screen with the appointment id. Click on the Book Appointment option and book the slot at the Aadhaar Registration Center.

2. Mobile number update without OTP

• Go to Aadhaar Registration or Update Center.
• Fill out the Aadhaar Update Form.
• Now fill in your current mobile number on the form.
• You do not have to enter the old mobile number in the form.
• Now the executive will register your request.
• You will be given a slip with the URN update request number written on it.
