Vodafone Idea received the highest call quality user rating in November, according to the latest data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TROI). Data shows that Idea is at the top when it comes to voice quality among service providers. Recently rebranded Vodafone Idea surpassed Airtel, BSNL and Reliance Jio networks. Idea topped the list with a rating of 4.9 out of 5, according to Troy. Vodafone 4.6 / 5, followed by BSNL 4.1 / 5 rating. Both Airtel and Reliance Jio are lagging behind with a 3.8 / 5 rating.
88.4% of customers are satisfied with call quality. 8.24% are not satisfied with call quality. Also 3.62 per cent had calls drop problems. Idea received a rating of 4.9 / 5, 4.8 / 5 in terms of indoor and outdoor call quality. Also rated Vodafone 4.6 / 5, 4.3 / 5, Airtel 3.9, 3.5, BSNL 3.9 and 4.3, Jio 3.9, 3.6 in terms of indoor and outdoor call quality. BSNL received a 3.7 rating in October in terms of call quality. It was followed by Airtel 3.5, Idea 3.3, Jio 3.2 and Vodafone 3.1.
