Google is always at the forefront of improving customer service. The company has recently launched another new app for users. Google has recently released the Google Health Studies app specifically for medical professionals. The Google Health Studies app will be useful for medical researchers to study and analyze health data collected through surveys. The number of COVID-19 victims worldwide continues to rise. In the wake of these fears, Google has decided to do the first study on respiratory diseases in the new app.

As part of the survey, the company says the Google Health Studies app will help researchers study the population of a large number of different regions to better understand public health. The app can be downloaded for free through the Google Play Store. There is no clear information about this in the Apple App Store.

Apple also launched its own app, Apple Research, last year, specifically for medical research. Developed by Apple and Google, the two apps will serve as a platform for medical researchers to collect health-related data in a secure manner. Participants in this study can send information related to respiratory symptoms, diagnostic methods, COVID-19 or flu tests to medical researchers through the app. Google sends this data to researchers through "federated learning" technology. This privacy technology enables data protection and security.

According to Google, participants in the study can find out the full details of the research through their app. That means they can see what kind of data volunteers are providing, when and to whom it reaches. Google has contracted researchers from Harvard Medical School and Boston Children's Hospital to develop the technology.
